Reformer Pilates is for all ages. The posibility to differentiate in the excercises is endless. You want to start young or less young? Just make sure you book a beginner class. We give options for every excercise and train in small groups to make sure we can help everybody!

Reformer Pilates uses cables attached to pulleys and a moving carriage operating on spring resistance. By setting up the carriage with more spring resistance the exercises become a strength challenge. It's a full-body training focused on Core strenght. But also flexibility, full-body strenght and coördination. One of the challenges is finding your balance through the exercises, this is an extra trigger for the Core. We focus on our mental health, fitness and creating a better muscle-brain-connection.

A functional, deep tissue massage, builds up but goes deep into the muscles. It can feel like you had a heavy workout with the massaged muscle. Drink a lot of water afterwards and keep warm. A hot bath or shower after is a good idea. Keep on moving!

Yes, we deliver Reformers in Belgium within a radius of 150 km. This brings an additional cost of €50,- . Lifting inside and helping you with the installation can be added and costs: €100,- . Make sure you have an hour! For shipping out of this radius, the cost varies depending on your location. We will contact you!

We have our main studio in Oostkamp, Begoniastraat 34. In Taghazout/ Tamraght Morocco we only do group classes on demand. We offer: Core, HIIT, Bootcamp, Pilates MAT and Reformer Pilates from juli 2025. The schedule you can find when you registrate (for free) in our MyClubplanner app or by 'reserveren'. Our classes are 30m (€10,-), if you do 2 classes after each other you pay only €15,- . (1u) --> You pay by QR-code on the spot. Pilates MAT/ Reformer Pilates are classes of 45 minutes. --> You only can participate if you pay online by booking, a single session/ 10x subscribtion card,... . We only do small group training! So we can give you the best coaching. Max. 6 to 8 people / session.

Yes, we have a small space to change, but no showers and there is a toilet. Water and towels are available and included. Just bring or wear a sport outfit, we train on socks/ bare feet/ change to indoor shoes. We have all the rest you will need.

Yes, there is enough parking in front of the building. You can also stand on the streetside of the Begoniastraat.
